Who We Are

Washing Machines Tech is a specialised appliance maintenance and repair company based in Machakos, serving hotels, guesthouses, lodges, hospitals, and commercial laundromats across Machakos County and the wider Eastern region. Our team of skilled technicians brings years of hands-on experience with commercial laundry equipment, including industrial washing machines, tumble dryers, flatwork ironers, and extraction machines from leading brands. We understand that in the hospitality business, downtime is not an option—which is why we have built our reputation on fast response times, honest diagnosis, and lasting repairs.

Why Hotel Laundry Maintenance Matters

Hotel laundry machines work harder than almost any other equipment in the establishment. A commercial washer in a busy hotel may run dozens of cycles daily, handling heavy wet loads, harsh detergents, high-temperature washes. This punishing workload leads to gradual wear on bearings, heating elements, drive belts, water valves, and control systems.

When a machine fails without warning, the consequences ripple across the entire hotel: linen shortages, delays in room turnovers, outsourcing costs, and, ultimately, unhappy guests. Scheduled preventive maintenance is the surest way to avoid these crises—and it costs far less than emergency repairs or premature machine replacement.
