Washing Machines Tech was founded in Nairobi in 2018 by a team of certified appliance repair engineers who saw a clear gap in the market: Nairobi households and businesses needed a fast, reliable, and affordable washing machine repair service they could genuinely trust. Most available options were slow, expensive, or unable to guarantee quality workmanship.
Starting with a small team of three technicians operating out of Westlands, we grew steadily by doing one thing exceptionally well — fixing washing machines right, the first time, every time. Word of mouth spread quickly. Hotels in Kilimani, families in Karen, schools in Kasarani, and laundromats across Embakasi all became regular clients.
Today, Washing Machines Tech is one of Nairobi's most recognised washing machine repair brands, with a dedicated team of certified technicians, a fully equipped parts store, and county-wide same-day service coverage. We have repaired over 4,800 machines across more than 40 Nairobi neighbourhoods — and we are just getting started.
