No. Booking is completely free. You only pay once the technician has diagnosed the fault, provided a quote, and you have approved the repair. If we cannot fix your machine, you only pay the diagnostic fee (KSh 1,000–2,000) — not the full repair charge.
Yes. We operate 7 days a week. Saturday hours are 7 am–8 pm, Sunday 9 am–5 pm. We also service on most public holidays — call us in advance to confirm availability. Emergency call-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis outside normal hours.
